to run the tests on every push I've disabled Windows as tests were failing. It can be enabled again if that's important.

This PR is part of my Daily CI project.

Hi @nicomen,

I received a lot of value from the time and energy people put in various open source projects. This PR was my way of passing on a tiny bit of good deed to someone else. I am trying now to invite more people, you too, to find other project(s) and make a small contribution there.
