No Syntax Coloring in Quick Definition

If you select a .md file in the file pane and do View>Quick Definition, there is no syntax coloring as there is for other languages.

Notice: This plugin is no more maintained and it has been removed from Jetbrains plugins repository. There is a Markdown plugin officially supported by Jetbrains.
