ground overlay opacity doesn't work when zoom set to false #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Goto 
http://www.geocodezip.com/geoxml3_test/v3_geoxml3_KML_samples_zoom_false.html
2. Click on "Mt.Etna" button
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Ground overlay should have 0.45 opacity, instead has none in IE.

This seems to only be a problem in IE.  Current behavior seems to be a bug in 
the ProjectedOverlay file when the image is not displayed initially.
Seems to work as expected in Chrome, Firefox

This version works in IE (when Etna is visible to start):

Using jQuery would fix these sort of browser-level problems, since it's good at 
normalizing browser quirks.  Not sure how open you would be to making it a 
requirement for users.

Problem does not occur in IE9.  Closing.  Please report if there are still 
issues in other versions of IE.
