左右滑動表格的無障礙問題

左右滑動表格做為一種一定會產生橫向（順著文字方向）捲動的元件，勢必會踩到 WCAG 2.x SC 1.4.10 (AA) 而產生障礙。有一定要這樣做的理由或考量嗎？

例如大專校院身心障礙類學生人數統計概況為了易讀性（例 <th> 不被擠壓剩一字一行）應向有橫向滑動。

但我會把示範 table 內容改成應該是 tabular data 的資訊。或許你可以在親和力部分加上哪些內容不該使用 <table>？

這麼一說我對於 data table 屬於例外有點印象，但是對 (data) table cell 的寬度有個額外的要求，我找一下。

Understanding 文件裡面就有寫到 cell 了：

Examples of content which requires two-dimensional layout are images required for understanding (such as maps and diagrams), video, games, presentations, data tables (not individual cells), and interfaces where it is necessary to keep toolbars in view while manipulating content.

整個表格還是可以橫向捲動沒問題，但是任何一個 cell 都應該要有辦法控制在不需二維捲動的情況。
