Simulation Refinement

We're interested in refining the dynamics of the morphological & hydrological simulation so that it's more readily public facing. The latest thoughts towards this are described in the Many Rivers Simulation Parameters and Many Rivers Simulation Notes.

Closing this during cleanup, as it's been superseded by more recent (closed) issues. If work continues on the project beyond the Nov 27th, web launch, we will create new issues to track those future enhancements.
