Slider Off Color #30

Best slider card around I'd like to be able to change the slider background color in its off state to better integrate it into other cards with other colors.

Removing and coloring the border would be nice too

I added the background_color for the background color and the following for customising the border: border_color border_radius border_style border_width in the lastest version.
