bug in "Kiev encirclement" #311

Hello, first of all, thanks for the game! It's a pleasure to play a rare turn-based game nowadays :) I write you, because I have a terrible problem in the scenario "Kiew encirclement - Konotop" (german campaign 1939-1945)

You see screenshot from turn 1, there are about 50 ground transports with NO ability to attack, but no auxiliary units. I had some other bugs in earlier scenarios, but they could be handled or solved. This one seems to be more serious.

I play on a Mac computer, the web app via panzermarshal.com

I've noticed this happening on occasion in other scenarios as well. I have been unable to recreate the bug. I suspect it happens when the game tries to use a file that was corrupted.
