Update ING service fees #13

Hi! I believe the ING services fees are not accurate anymore, which can have an impact on the long-term calculations.

Hi @andre-reis, thanks for submitting a pull request!

I have checked your proposed changes, but I believe the current fees are correct. The way ING displays their fees at their website vs how they are listed on indexfondsenvergelijken.nl causes some confusion.

ING lists annualized service fees on their website:

However, the service fee is actually charged every quarter, which is why indexfondsenvergelijken.nl shows the quarterly service fees (so 1/4th of the yearly fee).

This has caused confusion with other people as well (see #10 for example), so let me know if you have a suggestion for making this more clear.

Hey @nicwortel thanks for explaining! I completely misunderstood, I thought that the per kwartaal refered to the Basisfee , and not the rest. Maybe something like this would make it more clear: image

Hi @andre-reis, it took a bit longer than I expected to find some time to work on this, but I just pushed 136011b7e269dd30dd501768324cf9994d193219 which should help clarify this.
