Print hostname and IP address on screen during creation of network game #105

Lobby is good idea, but it is so far… But it is good to add on screen information about IP and Hostname while waiting another players. Not all users know easy way to obtain IP on non-windows host… This should to be easy and very useful.

The only issue is to get the external ip address if you are behind a router. I guess I need to use some sort of internet service for that.

Maybe you steal some ideas from Wesnoth game… It works in Russian free wi-fi… But at this moment just add IP and hostname somewhere in corner.
