Application icon #111

The glorious Version 2 of the game certainly deserves an app icon! Don't you think, @nicymike ? :)

I used the little tower from the game's start-up screen and made some variants. I also embeded recommended icon sizes (into a single Windows .ico file) based on this information: https://github.com/notarocketscientist/serflings-debug/blob/master/other/icon/info.md

Feel free to use them, if you like...

The transparent v2 is propably my personal favorite, because it looks especially cool as a desktop shortcut.

The reason I don't have an icon yet is the question about copyright when using images out of the game. Maybe we should repaint the tower to get around this.

I think acting defensively is better in the case of Ubisoft.

I now made two new icon variants in a typgraphical style. (I don't have the time to paint some "good" pixel art at the moment.)

For "v1" I have redrawn the "S"-shape from the main menu title as a vektor graphic (SVG) and made some changes to shape, fill (gradient) and color. If you don't feel comfortable with that variant in terms of copyright, I also made something completely different in "v2". The "S"-shape here is based on a free font (with own changes, too).

Let me know what you think. I can also make some modifications (remove gradient, change colors etc) if you'd like to use one of these icons.
