An idea for optional fog of war feature. Meaning once a player castle is placed, the area of the map further than X from our borders in not visible (black).
This IMO would make the game dramatically different in a good way - you don't know where the enemy is, you can't prepare in advance just from one side, I'd love to try that.
Also you don't know where mountains and other resources are.
Unsure if it is possible to implement for the computer UI as well - might be challenging.
