Nature sounds when zoomed out #126

When I zoom out the game max, on a high res screen, sounds are played from all visible buildings, making it very noisy. It might not be easy to implement but here's the idea - only play these sounds on closer zoom levels. When zoomed out play only music + nature sounds (birds, wind).

Assuming it's possible at all, there could be a limit to play the sounds of only those audio sources that are in the middle of the view area when using higher zoom-out levels. That would technically be somewhat similar to default game behavior.

@Darmorque I like it, maybe just nature sounds on the very highest zoom (50%)? Perhaps as an option to enable/disable in settings.
