Clicking on existing building does not open the option of creating a new building. #42

Normaly if i click on a existing building, the buildings page opens up and i can choose a new one, through a special 2 button click, which will burn down the existing building and create the new one on that exact same spot. image image

As an enhancement suggestion and ease of use for new comers, I would recommend to open the info page on a single left mouse click and move the new house option to the special click.

My plan is to only open the replacement window if you directly click on the first button at the bottom. In the original game I often open the dialog by clicking a second time even if I don't want to replace the building.
