You should be able to use what you have. You might need to shorten a jumper to put your USBASP in programming mode. Usually you find two holes on the buttom of the PCB that is used for this.

I intend to use this programmer now with arduino to program the ATXMEGA32E, must i compile the AVRDUDE to be compatible with the ATXMEGA32E ?
some tip to use this programmer with ARDUINO ?

@nieldk Can you confirm if i need to acquire other USBASP to program my USBASP ?
you will need to put your usbasp in update mode, by shorting two pins. On mine, look at picture. You will need another programmer to do the update. Can be any that supports the ATMega chip on your usbasp. That could be another usbasp.
