Pipeline for generating glb models from the abdomen segmentation NN model. The container for the NN model must be running for this pipeline to work.

Same issue as mentioned previously. For a new feature, please branch off dev instead of continuing from the old controller branch. I will rebase this branch on top of dev and push it in again.
