Description

We still have not used much of the DICOM input files that were provided to us by the client. We should ingest them to our system ASAP, and then demonstrate that we can process them end-to-end.

Pipline => Use case mapping

Pipeline Possible inputs
Bone segmentation All 5 files, especially the healthy and unhealthy pelvis
Lung segmentation 1 file (chest)
Airway sementation 1 file (chest)
Abdominal organs segmentation 2 files (abdominal area, chest?)

Tasks (PIPELINE only)

Tasks (Integration)

Any update on this? It would be particularly interesting to know if one can see differences between normal and pathologic data, reflecting the different inputs you suggested @UdomkarnBoonyaprasert @ansonwong9695

I have done this for the report, and @fanbomeng97 has furthermore recorded an end-to-end use case for our final presentation.
