Previous Chapter button sometimes goes to 'All' #60

The book changes correctly but on some it gives the last chapter and on others it goes to 'All'. Examples: 'Philemon' '1' '\<' gives 'Titus' 'All' (Philemon only has one chapter) 'Titus' '1' '\<' gives '2 Timothy' 'All' '1 Timothy' '1' '\<' gives '2 Thessalonians' '3' '1 Timothy' 'All' '\<' gives '2 Thessalonians' '3'

I think I know why! If the current book has fewer chapters than the book we're going to, then it can't be assigned to the field!
