Unable to configure scss #206

Alright so i was trying to configure scss _variables, but idk why it breaks the complete theme

here i tried changing a grid variables value 

  Liquid Exception: "\xE2" on US-ASCII in /_layouts/post.html
             Error: "\xE2" on US-ASCII
             Error: Run jekyll build --trace for more information.

i get some error similar to this tried on jekyll build --trace stuff but can't figure it out Thanks
