Action to perform when conditions aren't met

Hello there,

I think it could be useful to add an action to perform when the conditions aren't met i.e. where someone's using the scheduler component for climate control

heating as per scheme, only if conditions are met, window closed, door closed

when these conditions aren't met turn climate off

Proposal

possibly add a checkbox "make a call to service off" when the conditions fail

Additional info

this would negate the need for a separate schedule to do the opposite when conditions fail
