Tab Entity, Time and Options not displayed #288

I noticed, I have no idea how long ago, that when I click on a schedule the options are not visible: Entity Time Options

Checklist

Expected behavior

if I click on a schedule I expect to see Entity Time Options

Actual behavior

if I click on a schedule I don't see it Entity Time Options

To make them reappear I have to: 1) Enter dashboard editing 2) Click on the schedule 3) Close the editing window 4) Finish editing the dashboard

At this point the three options are visible, but if I change the web page I have to repeat the process.

Tested with both Firefox and Edge and with the app on Android.
