Add conditions to each time slot

Proposal

First of all, good job for this integration. I supose that this new feature should be done in the integration and then in the card. The problem is that I have a condition to power on the heating if temperature is below 21, but if lower, power on and rise the temp over 21, and never power of because of the condition. I propose to add conditions to each time slot.
