Scheduler doesn't work after midnight

Expected behavior

[the schedule had to repeat the next day]

Actual behavior

[it is not repeated]

Steps to Reproduce

[the component has always worked (three years at least) but now after midnight on some schedules it no longer worked. I uninstalled and reinstalled everything, rebooted, etc but it doesn't work. Now it no longer works in all schedules, both for switches and shutters. The schedule is set to repeat. If I deactivate and reactivate the scheduling it works. Basically after midnight I have to activate and deactivate the timer to ensure that it starts executing the command again]
