On/off schedule allowing sunrise/sunset #398

I believe this is similar to issue 390. https://github.com/nielsfaber/scheduler-component/issues/390

Proposal

I'd like the ability to set an on/off schedule based on a combination of sunrise/sunset and specified time. Currently it appears you can only use the sunrise/sunset feature to turn off or on. Also, the time scheme feature requires filling the whole day with states and doesn't allow sunrise/sunset.

Additional info

Example: Single schedule that turns on exterior lights 5 minutes after sunset and then turns them off at 11pm.

You can do this already.

This is not true, you can leave timeslots empty if no action is required.

and doesn't allow sunrise/sunset.

Also not true. Click on the blue balloon displaying the current start/stop time of a timeslot. It gives you the option to switch between fixed time and sunrise/sunset relative time.
