Verify NS url on save #74

After a user has typed in their NS url and clicked save, we let the backend server run a check to see if it can get a glucose reading back.

This will give users instant feedback if they enter an incorrect url, instead of the Google Assistant having to respond with an error.

Ready. But will only be deployed after rollout to new locales (pl, es, it, nl, fr, da, de)
