Feature request: It would be nice if the Configuration page shows if PCF8574 was detected #211

Depending on how the user connects the PCF8574 it is possible for code that supports the PCF8574 is running but no PCF8574 is connected. In the case of "Domo" code the PCF8574 is supported and the pins are always shown in the Configuration and IOControl pages, but if the PCF8574 is not connected the only indication is that pins are Disabled and cannot be set to Input, Output, or Linked.

This is a fairly simple change and can be shown on the Configuration page along with the "Pinout Option" value.
