Domoticz: Bug found in POST processing. POST may be rejected and Configuration inputs ignored. #217

This bug may not show itself in released code. I found it while testing a new feature. The bug may cause a POST to fail (the process where GUI inputs are Saved). This only applies to Domoticz builds due to the longer string that combines the STM8 and PCF8574 pin control values. Fixed and will release soon. Mike
