I replied to your email, but let's keep this web app just ViralConsensus, and let's move all of the additional tools features to the ViralWasm Consensus repo. Can you update this PR with just the ViralConsensus updates?

Done! The site is just a standalone ViralConsensus web app now, accepting only BAM/SAM files. Thanks!
