Moved nc:nc:EmployeeRegistrationAbstract and nc:EmployeeSupervisorIndicator elements to from type nc:EmployeeAssignmentAssociationType to its parent type nc:EmploymentAssociationType. This allows those properties to be used in any employment association, not just assignments.
The child type nc:EmployeeAssignmentAssociationType was no longer needed and was removed. Property nc:EmployeeAssignmentAssociation was updated to be of type nc:EmploymentAssociationType.
