Update ISO 3166-1 3-character, 2-character, and numeric country codes to the 2020 version of the standard.

Changes since the last update:

NLD NL 528 Netherlands (the) Netherlands (Kingdom of the)
TUR TR 792 Turkey Türkiye

Note: ISO 3166-2 country subdivision codes are not freely available and cannot be updated.
