Create a user interface to allow a user to search the model and filter results.

Requirements:

[ ] User enters search terms
[ ] User enters initial filtering criteria
[ ] Tool runs the API's search service and returns results
[ ] Tool uses pagination to limit the number of results
[ ] User filters results
[ ] Pass: Tool displays search results
[ ] Fail: Tool displays no results found message and displays search tips
