Styling with v2 files from Creative Tim #6

The demo code in the repository works fine. I noticed that you've used the styles from Creative Tim that appear to be from 1.x of their "Material Dashboard Pro Angular" or possibly other product. I tried to create a simple code (listed below and based off the demo) using their v2.0 version (released Mar 26, 2018) and the styling no longer works. Curious, if you have access to their v2.0 code and want to take a quick peek to see what is going on.

Hi, I actually used css clases from the original bootstrap wizard, they where very similar to the ones on "Material Dashboard Pro Angular" product, but one is free, the others is proprietary. I haven't updated my project that use this wizard and creative tim theme, so I haven't realice of this problem. Let me see whats happening ....

There where a lot of changes to made. I have almost working it.. The problem is that as the theme is proprietary, and the haven't updated the original bootstrap wizard, I only will be able to publish the code, so I'll make a new branch, only for people that have purchased the theme. I'll keep you informed. give me your email, so I can send my work in progress (the plugin and my personal example files)
