hover() use mouseneter/mouseleave instead of mouseover and mouseout #180

Shouldn't the hover function bind to mousenter/mouseleave instead of 
mouseover/mouseout ? 
This would be consistent with jquery's implementation 
(http://api.jquery.com/hover/)
