unable to import NIF assets #594

Issue Overview

I am unable to import any NIF assets into blender despite having the tool installed

Version Information

Blender Niftools Addon Version Info

niftools 0.1.0

Blender Version Info

3.0.0

Platform information

Windows 10

Context

It keeps giving me an error which I don't know how to fix

Steps to Reproduce

attempt to import an NIF file from a skyrim SE mod in a brand new blender 3.0.0 project

Expected Result

imports mesh and rig from the model like it has in the past

Actual Result

huge error and no import

Could you double-check that you're working with version 0.1.0? What I see there looks like the error you'd expect from previous versions (in version 0.1.0, the nif should be loaded using the generated module, not pyffi).

If you want to be completely safe, disable and uninstall the niftools addon, then close Blender. Then re-open Blender and install the new version.
