Add some missing skyrim havok materials:

Added Skyrim Hav_Mat commit from @ttl269's other pull request for Col filter, seemed more sensible to keep these two together.

Using MAT_BOTTLE and MAT_HEAVY_STONE a while and they're working pretty well. OK from me ;-)
