Added support for opening 20.3.1.1 files from game "Fantasy Frontier Online" in Nifskope.

Some files are not rendered in recent version of Nifskope due to they use compacted way of storing 3D data (half-floats, ByteVector3, ByteColor3, ByteColor4).
Some files are not opened in recent version of Nifskope due to they use shortened version of GameBryo type nif header string.

Is Vector3a the half-floats? If so, can it be renamed to HalfVector3?

@jonwd7 Yes, it contains half-floats. Renamed it according to your suggestion. I renamed TexCoord2 to HalfTexCoord as it seems that it also uses half-floats.
