Unknown error fix #13

After much frustration with the unknown error during submodule update I finally tracked it to the pyffi index data. I'm unsure what caused the error but removing the kfmxml submodule and purging all references to it then re-adding it has finally fixed it properly.

It's set, all pyffi submodules now point to the niftools repos.
