This branch is rebased and can be merged now.

Is sub_constraint the correct name? Not sure of the convention change between nif.xml and pyffi attributes, -> its SubContraint. I presume this is correct, just don't have time to check the ruleset.

I've never been sure of the name convention conversions that pyffi does between the nif.xml and python, but yes that is correct, as it shows in the debug data, and processes.
