Update documentation to new theme and don't build on python 3.4 #63

Overview

I remade the niftools_sphinx_theme and still in the process of updating it. But because I removed niftools_sphinx_theme from the yummy_sphinx_theme and made it it's own project, appveyor doesn't build anymore. This should fix that.

I have also marked that python 3.4 is not supported to appveyor, travis and pypi.
