Add proxy extension

This PR implements the Proxy pattern on the Asset program. This involves:

• [x] Adding a proxy extension to assets
• [x] Creating an interface crate for on-chain proxy programs
• [x] Use of an optional proxy argument on SDK instruction builders
• [x] Create a sample proxy program + client implementation
