Default to using nano if EDITOR isn't set.

Thanks for the PR. I would prefer to put the editor templates into a %hash instead of separate variables - so it can be easily added to in future.

Ah, yeah I just kept the order as it was. I'll rearrange them and I'll see if I can match the path cleverly enough not to clump vim and nvim together.
