The target user profile mentions people who have a need to manage a significant number of contacts of NUS students, tutors and professors, does this mean admin staff in NUS or students. Whilst, the value proposition proposed that it targets NUS students to save and search up contacts.

The target user profile can be more specific with who is the target user
