incomplete tarball / XPI #9

I'm trying to produce a Debian package for "warn-before-quit" but I can't re-build the latter from source because GitHub repository seems to be incomplete (i.e. missing install.rdf etc.). On the other hand .XPI file downloaded from addons.mozilla.org contains no license nor copyright so it is not (re-)distributable... Please advise.

The XPI file has a package.json file that defines that the license and copyright information if that helps.

Unfortunately I believe it is not sufficient as package.json do not have a copyright statement ("author" is not the same). The text of the MIT license suggest using Copyright (c) <year> <copyright holders> which is not present... Besides "MIT" license is ambiguous so the full text of the license must be included (or as very minimum a link to the full text of the license)...
