Append to URL problem #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use "insert/modify image" button (or context menu) on picture
2. modify the size of the picture
3. appended image width / height won't be set to the new image dimensions

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
image dimensions should be appended to the URL.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest advimagescale from SVN
