google tab missing fromscreen?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.windows7 loaded on fitpc2,
2. hkgs workingwith video,opened program and swapping between tabs the 
googletab has dissapeared.
3. I tried reloading hkgs but the tab is still missing.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

latest downloaded file...

still cant get the MAP VIEW tab to show up next to the live video tab on the 
HKGCS.

I have tired several re installs of HKGCS and also tried re installing google 
earth, dx runtimes and anything else i can think of with no luck, the strange 
thing is the tab was there yesterday, and i have not loaded anything else onto 
the computer.

the only thing i was doing at the time was to resize the live view screen a few 
times when watching video. this does not explain why the MAP View tab  has 
dissappeared.

Map view will disappear when Google Earth fails to load. This is a Google 
issue. Try installing the newest Java from sun.com
