BTTV issue with /followed #4501

/followed does not work and states "You do not follow [ttv channel name]

It is a patch that fixes the issue. It will need to be reviewed by night and then merged if he finds it acceptable, and then a new release made. If and when that happens, night will close this issue, and that's how you'll know.
