Highlights working normally live, but not on VODs #5972

Describe the bug As of a week ago, the highlight and blacklist features on BTTV have stopped working on VODs, but still function perfectly well on live chat. This problem affects ALL browsers on my PC, even those I didn't have and installed just to test this feature. All the other features are still working perfectly on both on VODs and live chat.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install BTTV on any internet browsers (My main browser in Opera, but it happens with any browser).
  2. Go to twitch page.
  3. Set any highlight user or word on BTTV.
  4. Observe it working on live, but not on VODs.

Expected behavior All set messages and users should be highlighted.

Screenshots In the screenshot below, the user "Mylavink" is highlighted on the live chat, but not on the VOD of the day before.

Additional context There's a problem that might be connected to this. As of 6 months ago, all twitch sub badges stopped appearing on VODs, a problem that also affected all my browsers. All the badges that are not subscriber ones, such as event badges, appear fine, though. All the badgers appear perfectly normal on live chat as well. This problem also affects all browsers and even twitch page (not app) on my mobile phone. The strangest part is that, the badges are slowly coming back, dated from the time when they stopped working. Since six months have passed, all sub badges that are 6 months and below work fine. I obviously don't expect a solution to this other problem, but I'm describing it here in case it has some correlation to the BTTV problem.
