Merging patch to own branch

Adds translate-toolkit L10n/ jsonl10n pot file generation.. Useful in making Bilingual dictionary setups.

technical aspects

https://packages.gentoo.org/packages/dev-python/translate-toolkit @Gentoo Linux emerge -avbk dev-python/translate-toolkit (ask verbose build binary on system for sharing to other sytems/backup, get binary package k from binhost/s if avalibe) GentooWSL2 thunderstorm burnt my desktops psu laptop and shitty surge protectors... seems our apts took a direct bolt .. on the line.. so i upgrades wifes ram n nvme for now,, untill i have enough $$$ for a new laptop for dual boot etc... i'm limping on..

pip install translate-toolkit tmx2csv or related toys lxml for most other linux's or yum/apt etc.. setuptools-gettext for translation of python apps on install. if english isnt your native locale...

visual studio Community pyinstaller-setuptools , [setuptools-feeze] (https://pypi.org/project/setuptools-freeze/) cython-setuptools / setuptools-cythonize are recomended as /translate-toolkit begets exe of scripts automatically on pip install or pipupdate pipx etc... python3 -m ....... would get real irriating for runs each n every time , so the exe's run directly from console CMD.exe or powershell..

for now one could add the Li0n-merge.py
or as on patch 1 so if anyone wants simple-english-dictionary as tmx or as a translate targets they can use away ... https://github.com/translate/translate has most tmx or jsonl10n coverter tools to >> to anything else..

What I'm concerned about now: if my script changes in any way, I'll have to remember to update your scripts, too.

Is it possible you can update yours to call my code, instead of repeating it? Then I can accept your PR.

Feel free.. if someone is looking to make more Bilingual dictionaries... MIT licensing on my end..

I haven't worked on this repo for ages.

Is it possible you can update your new scripts to call the existing scripts, instead of duplicating the code?
