[x] Review available data, devise sanitation approach. i.e. From MS Access to denali-medexam
[x] Include missing data points -- risk to health and examination types
[x] Build sanitation scripts
[x] Build upload/bulk insert scripts/endpoints
[x] Support later, simplified imports (one - click)
[ ] Later: Data backup strategy

[x] Use a flat file strategy for the export from MS Access as the data looks unfit for import separately: employees, employers, sessions. A flat file will at least provide a contiguous way of processing the data
