no video with Aeon MQ7 skin

From a few days I can't see any video on channels but audio work. I removed the plugin, directory and package on .kodi path and reinstalled from kodi repository but the problem it's the same. With confluence default skin the plugin work correctly but with Aeon MQ7 I can't see the video. In attachment the sceenshot. The others plugins or streaming TV working correctly. I.e. Video Mediaset or La7 on demand I can see the video.

I'm sorry but I don't think the problem is in this addon. It doesn't require a particular skin, and kodi plays the stream (not the addon!).

it's a strange behaviour because the plugin doesn't work from favorites or menu of video -> add-on menu but if I start correctly from settings -> add-ons -> My add-ons -> Video add-ons -> RAI ON DEMAND. I can see correctly the video in m3u8.

To further analyse this issue I need a way to reproduce it. So please write the exact steps and provide a corresponding log file.

I'm using Kodi 16 Jarvis, debian 7 jessie and raitv with last master from git. You can install AEON MQ7 from "https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0BxZQqz5XxlaDcFNSd0pZanl2TFU" and...
