OpanPayz:     New frontend "PlatonMobile" totally based on the "Providex" frontend     "Providex" frontend some significant logics changes(luckily, only one and a half men using it currently and Providex is totally responsible for their support with the changes)     New payment system PRIVAT_MULTISERV. Don't ask me the purpose - ask them...     Providex sign process debugging is finally over(I hope)     Some minor corrections and minor changes to the structure of some responses

userstats.ini     New non-mandatory option XMLAGENT_EXTENDED_AUTH_ON to control the XMLAgent extended auth functionality
